i-level Media Selected as Official Taxi Media Partner for China's ``Top Model'' TV Series

Shanghai, February 1, 2008 – i-level Media Group (OTCBB: ILVL), China’s leading digital taxi media company, announced today that it has been selected by MOJO Media Works to be the official taxi media platform for the promotion of MOJO’s “China’s Next Top Model (CNTM)” television series, now airing in China.

The Company also offered an update on the execution of its expansion strategy for 2008, reporting that it is aiming to have over 20,000 taxi screens deployed by the end of 2008 around China, with most of those screens up and running in time for the Summer Olympics.

Aidan Sullivan, i-level's Chief Executive Officer, said, “Our selection as the platform for promoting CNTM to taxi riders is an exciting event that, along with other initiatives and partnerships, convinces us more than ever that 2008 will be our breakthrough year. The “Top Model” program is a world-class attraction, and the highlights segment we now are featuring on our taxi media platform should be a top draw for advertisers. Along with the rest of China, we eagerly await the results of the program – and look forward to its positive impact on our revenue growth.”

David Tumaroff, Executive Producer and CEO of MOJO Media Works, commented, “We feel the i-level Media taxi media network provides a great medium to generate buzz around this highly anticipated TV series. Our partnership with i-level will provide exciting Hollywood-style entertainment for taxi riders while giving exposure to the show and ultimately driving taxi-riders to tune in at home on their TVs and computers.”

The Top Model show is based on the successful “America's Next Top Model” TV series, which enjoys a global television audience of over 100 countries. The production, officially titled "Pantene China's Next Top Model" is under license to MOJO Media Works by CBS Paramount, and is a co-production including Procter & Gamble (P&G), Starcom and Sichuan Satellite TV (SCTV).

i-level has begun incorporating special 90-second highlights of CNTM into its weekly 18 minutes of program content and advertising, which are seen by more than 200,000 taxi passengers daily in Shanghai alone.

In reviewing its progress toward its 20,000-screen deployment target, i-level said it now has 4,000 screens operating in Shanghai and is current pushing into Beijing and beyond into other major media markets. It said its growing Beijing presence will put it in a strong position to profit from an expected surge in outdoor (and taxi) advertising before and during the Games (It cited data from the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia, when it said outdoor advertising soared 43% in the year 2000).

“The ‘Olympic Bounce’ is a well-documented fact of advertising,” said Sullivan. “In Beijing, we expect it to amplify the already fast growth rate in China’s advertising, especially the out-of-home advertising that is our specialty. And we will be there in force to take advantage of it.”
